Hours of Operation:
7:00 AM – 9:30 PM. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We're searching for fabulous Front of House Service Coordinators (Cashiers) to join our team!!
Position Summary: Our Front of House Service Coordinator creates first and lasting impressions for our guests. Responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with basic food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Represent Brand: Ability to knowledgeably answer customer questions about the food and beverage menu and organizational mission.
- Order Taking: Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Payment Processing: Process payments using cash, credit, debit, or other methods, and provide change and receipts.
- Legendary Hospitality: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Serving Customers: Serve food and beverages to customers at the counter or take-out area.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, cash register station, and dining area.
- Other Duties: May also be responsible for tasks like restocking supplies, bagging orders, and assisting other staff members as needed.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a workstation and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Above average math skills.
- A positive attitude and good manners.
- Neat personal appearance and proper personal hygiene.
- Valid Server Permit (ABC Card).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
