- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in lending regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in financial sales or as a Loan Officer within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in loan processing procedures and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with TILA regulations and contract negotiation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
