Assist with preparation and filing of all documents related to the KDOR project, including garnishments, releases, satisfaction and other data/document tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full time customer service representative for 1st party client. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00 or 9:00 to 5:00 pm
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals on all assigned files.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record learning how to prepare and file documents timely and accurately
- The ability to problem solve.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
