- Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Head of Technology, Marketing, and Strategic Operations. This role requires excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, process expenses, and support cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently after initial training.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and related logistics
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling conflicts
- Track and submit travel expenses using Concur
- Order food, beverages, and office supplies as needed
- Support event planning and execution for internal and external functions
- Provide administrative support across departments to ensure task completion
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and maintain follow-up without supervision
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and make decisions to complete tasks
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience supporting senior executives
- Experience in corporate healthcare or global organizations
- Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
