Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School in Salisbury, Maryland (MD) in need of an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a W2 contract position starting as soon as possible for the remainder of the school year ending 6/11/26. The role is in person / onsite only, working 37.5 hours per week. The Behavior Analyst will observe students and provide strategies/coaching to team members to support professional learning to school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians, with respect to behavior intervention techniques, conducting assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community for the purpose of supporting individual student development goals
• Administers programs and services for behaviorally or emotionally disturbed students
• Assists with student crisis intervention, developing interventions, functional behavior assessments and behavior plans
• Collaborates with school personnel, agencies, and families in coordinating individualized services for students. Collecting and Summarizing Behavioral Data
• Completes all reporting requirements as mandated by the District, state, federal, and educational agencies (i.e. restraint and seclusion, assessments, behavioral data)
• Participates in the development of Individualized Educational Programs for students
• Provides social skills instruction to students utilizing research based methodologies and approved District curricula
Required Education – License - Certification:
• Master's degree or higher from a program in behavior analysis or a related field
• BCBA certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Behavior Analyst License from the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
