We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support the company’s growth objectives. This role is pivotal in developing a marketing engine that generates high-quality business development opportunities across both direct and indirect sales channels. The Marketing Manager will serve as a hands-on leader—developing strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver measurable results.

Salary: 85 to 110k+ depending on education, skillset and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Manage external partners and suppliers responsible for key marketing deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, analyzing results to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, sales collateral, and digital content that drive engagement and support growth initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize company websites to enhance visibility, user experience, and engagement with distribution partners and end users.
  • Provide strong copywriting and creative direction to ensure messaging consistency and brand impact across all channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to identify and commercialize new product opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing-related regulations and company policies.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as a product storyteller, communicating value propositions in ways that resonate with customers and channel partners.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in B2B marketing within a manufacturing or industrial environment and through distribution channels preferred.
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing, and creative direction skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
