Now Hiring Sewing Machine Operators in Waunakee, WI!

We are seeking candidates for a sewing role in Waunakee, WI. This position involves creating, altering, or repairing fabric products using manual or machine sewing techniques.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain sewing machines and tools, including straight stitch, overlock, and double-needle machines
Construct, alter, mend, and modify items based on patterns, instructions, or customer needs
Cut, prepare, and assemble fabrics and materials for sewing
Perform quality checks and repair finished products as needed
Keep work areas organized and clean

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Sewing experience is a plus
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines
Closed-toe shoes required
Comfortable, job-appropriate clothing
