We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle homeowner inquiries and complaints on the phone and via email
  • Learn to understand and read basic Community documents and general information
  • Provide forms and information to homeowners upon request
  • Document and update homeowner records based on interactions
  • Sort and distribute mail to staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to deescalate an irate homeowner
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
