We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle homeowner inquiries and complaints on the phone and via email
- Learn to understand and read basic Community documents and general information
- Provide forms and information to homeowners upon request
- Document and update homeowner records based on interactions
- Sort and distribute mail to staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to deescalate an irate homeowner
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
