Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a full-time, on-site role for the upcoming school year? Join our dedicated team in Crystal Lake, IL, and make a significant impact on student communication development! We are open to both experienced SLPs and enthusiastic Clinical Fellows (CFs).
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated SLP to manage a diverse caseload:
- Early Childhood: Starting with approximately 15 students, with the potential to support up to 35 students maximum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for early childhood students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with student needs and state regulations.
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services addressing a wide range of communication disorders (e.g., articulation, phonology, language, fluency, voice, social communication).
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and home environments.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Illinois.
- Must possess a Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking their supervised professional experience.
- On-site presence is required.
- Experience with early childhood is preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
