Job Description
The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating a specialized hardware insertion press. This role requires precision and attention to detail in order to consistently meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a specialized hardware insertion press.
- Change out dies as necessary.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers to guide production processes.
- Consistently achieve production goals.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- 1-2 years of experience operating metal forming machinery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in quality control, fabrication, and assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the fabrication industry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
