Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)

Job Description:
The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for supporting daily mail and print operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role ensures accurate processing, tracking, and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as managing print requests through the online system. Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and familiarity with mailroom equipment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, process, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail accurately and on time.
- Complete required forms to identify and record daily mail volume.
- Run all submitted print jobs through the online print management system.
- Scan all shipments and assign appropriate delivery information.
- Maintain high-quality customer service when interacting with staff and departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of packages, mail, and print materials.
- Assist with general mailroom duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a mailroom, print center, or similar environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
