Job DescriptionCustomer Service / Account Manager
LHH is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Service Account Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. This position will pay between $19 and $24/hr.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main liaison between the client and internal teams
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, challenges, and service needs
- Proactively monitor account activity to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service issues, and resolutions
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports
- Support onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup
- Identify trends and feedback from clients to help improve processes, products, and services
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align customer feedback with strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client success roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
