We are seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven waiter to join our team! Our ideal
candidate is someone who thrives in an elevated service environment, anticipates guest needs and delivers
memorable dining experience with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
● Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming first impression
● Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and
cocktails
● Provide refined, attentive service, maintaining a polished professional presence at all times
● Ensure tables are impeccably set, reset, and maintained throughout service
● Familiar with Aloha or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing
● Collaborate with the FOH and BOH teams to deliver seamless service
● Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service protocols
● Handle guest requests or concerns with poise and promptness
Requirements:
● Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles with fine dining experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
● Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
● Excellent communication and guest-relation skills
● Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
● Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
● Weekend and evening availability required
