We are seeking friendly dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Barista to join our Starbucks team in Anaheim Garden Walk.
Baristas create the Starbucks Experience by providing exceptional service, handcrafted beverages, and a welcoming environment for every guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee, tea, and food items according to Starbucks Standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive and engaging attitude.
Accurately operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, bar, and customer areas.
Follow food safety sanitation, and health regulations.
Support store operations including opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.
Willingness to learn Starbucks recipes, procedures, and customer service standards.
Schedule & Availability.
Part-time position with flexible schedule.
Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
