Your Impact: Front Office Excellence
Were seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact at our orthopedic/pain management clinic. Youll play a key role in creating a smooth patient experiencefrom warm greetings to seamless check-outswhile keeping our practice running like clockwork.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Patient Flow Management Check patients in/out, verify insurance, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups.
Clinic Preparation Organize charts, prepare exam rooms, and ensure all patient paperwork is complete.
Administrative Support Answer phones, address patient inquiries, and coordinate with clinical staff.
Care Coordination Track lab/imaging results and ensure timely communication with patients and providers.
Operational Efficiency Maintain medical supplies, assist with light clinical tasks, and keep the front desk running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptional Patient Service Skills Warm, professional, and able to put patients at ease.
Detail-Oriented & Organized Accurate with records, scheduling, and multitasking.
Medical Office Experience Preferred Background in orthopedics, pain management, or a similar specialty is a plus (were happy to train motivated candidates!).
Tech Comfort Familiarity with EMR systems and basic office software. (Previous experience with AthenaHealth is a bonus!)
Hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
