Overview: Our client, a leading name in commercial landscaping in the Naples, FL market, seeks an enthusiastic and driven individual to join its growing team. In this pivotal role, you will wear two hats: 1) Maintaining Client Relationships and 2) Driving Revenue Growth through Enhancement Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Become the trusted advisor for clients.
- Understand their needs & develop customized maintenance plans.
- Ensure high-quality service & exceed expectations.
Enhancement Sales:
- Identify & upsell landscape enhancements.
- Develop compelling proposals & negotiate contracts.
- Track performance & maximize sales success.
Perfect Match? You Should Be:
- 3+ years of client relations/account management experience (ideally commercial landscape maintenance).
- Strong sales & communication skills.
- Problem-solving & analytical pro.
- Project management & multi-tasking master.
- Passionate about landscaping & eager to learn.
Bonus Points:
- Top 50 landscaping company experience.
- ERP/Field Service Management software knowledge. (Aspire experience is highly preferred)

Compensation and benefits include:
- Base Salary: $75k - $85k
- OTE (On target earnings): Expected OTE is 100k +
