We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Backfill Excavator Operator to join our utility construction crews. This position is crucial to ensuring our job sites are safely backfilled, restored, and ready for inspections and final completion. (Must be eligible to work in the US)
What You’ll Do
As a Backfill Excavator Operator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting construction crews by:

Operating excavators and compacting equipment to backfill trenches.

Restoring job sites with gravel, topsoil, seed, sod, or other materials as needed.

Removing debris, excess materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Setting up and removing temporary fencing, traffic control, or erosion control measures.

Assisting crews with general labor duties to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating an excavator is required.
