We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant for a contract role with a respected organization located on the west side of Cleveland, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a busy office environment and is looking to build experience with a potential path to long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and manage incoming correspondence

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

  • Support internal teams with reports, records, and office coordination

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 2 years of previous administrative or office support experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks



Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
