Title: Travel Agent

Location: Medina, Minnesota | Hybrid: 2 days onsite

Job Type: Contract (6 Months + potential to extend)

Compensation: $30.00-38.00/hr

About The Role

We are partnering with a leading organization in the travel and aviation sector to hire an experienced Travel Agent. In this role, you will support corporate travelers with both commercial and company aircraft arrangements to destinations worldwide. You will collaborate with Aviation, Travel, and Shared Services teams to deliver a seamless travel experience while assisting with booking management, expense support, and credit card program functions.

Job Description

In this position, you will manage and process end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate employees, including commercial flights, company aircraft scheduling, lodging, and ground transportation. You will also support internal travel systems, assist with expense auditing, and contribute to various operational and administrative initiatives that ensure efficient travel operations.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Booking and managing domestic and international travel using Galileo and other reservation tools.
  • Coordinating company aircraft schedules, passenger lists, and related logistics.
  • Arranging commercial air travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Learning and supporting Concur travel functions, TRAMS back-office tasks, and ARC reporting.
  • Assisting with the Corporate Credit Card program and employee inquiries.
  • Supporting Shared Services with travel-related expense audits.
  • Collaborating with aviation, travel, and treasury teams to drive service excellence.
  • Assisting the Travel Manager with operational planning, forecasting, and miscellaneous projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Travel Agent experience.
  • Strong Galileo GDS experience (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work professionally with employees and senior management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn systems quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of ARC/IATAN regulations (training available).
  • Familiarity with Concur and TRAMS accounting systems.
  • Experience with additional GDS platforms beyond Galileo.
  • Additional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
