Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Review Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of laboratory-generated data. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with Eurofins’ Quality Assurance programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct second-level review of analytical data produced in the laboratory
- Validate data in accordance with SOPs and QA protocols
- Collaboration with bench-level chemists and department managers to resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure completeness, correctness, and compliance of laboratory documentation
- Maintain data integrity across various laboratory systems including LIMS and databases
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with environmental testing methodologies
- Familiarity with analytical laboratory techniques
- Understanding of laboratory QA/QC standards
- Experience with LIMS, spreadsheets, and databases
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field
- Prior laboratory and analytical experience preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
Additional Information
Compensation range: $18- $22 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Position is Full-time and eligible for overtime pay
Candidate must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm plus overtime and weekends as needed
