We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has prior Hilton hotel sales experience, and is knowledgeable in Salesforce, PEP, and/or OnQ systems.

This is a full-time position offering benefits must have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests and clients with information regarding hotel services, events, and group bookings
  • Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Support the sales team with social media, promotions, and special events
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure successful event execution
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous hotel sales experience, preferably with Hilton brands
  • Experience using Salesforce, PEP, and/or OnQ systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Flexible availability
