Role Overview: The Agent Talent Recruiter (Assistant Team Leader) is a key role within the Market Center. Your primary focus is growth of the Market Center and brand through recruiting, retention, and supporting agents on their journey from launch to top production. This position partners directly with the Team Leader and serves as a leadership extension and culture carrier throughout the Market Center. This is an ON SITE position in The Woodlands, TX (North West Houston).

Ideal Candidate: This is NOT a traditional desk job. This is a people, leadership, and growth role. You MUST be someone that thrives on the phone, loves initiating conversations, enjoys meeting new people, is naturally outgoing, charismatic, and confident, gets energy from building connections and helping people discover new opportunities and truly wants to grow into bigger leadership roles within Keller Williams.

MUST have proven previous experience in recruiting (any industry), sales, and lead generation. Real estate license and/or real estate adjacent (mortgage, title) experience preferred but not required. Fluent Spanish speaking HIGHLY preferred.

Role Summary: 80% Recruiting + 20% Leadership & Support. The role is a core growth driver in the Market Center. Your primary responsibilites inclue but aren't limited to build powerful relationships, generate meaningful conversations, set appointments, conduct interviews, grow the agent population with quality talent and share our brand. You will be speaking to new people constantly through phone, text, social media, networking, events, and face-to-face conversations. This role partners closely with the Team Leader and leadership team to grow the Market Center through relationship-based recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting (Primary Focus)

  • Make daily outbound calls to new-to-industry prospects, experienced agents, referrals, and warm leads.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates at all stages.
  • Set, hold, and convert appointments through energetic, value-based conversations.
  • Conduct career consultations with new-to-industry talent.
  • Present the KW value proposition to new and experienced agents in professional, compelling, and confident ways.
  • Consistent and appropriate follow up.
  • Track call volume, conversations, appointments, and conversion rates daily.
  • Attend networking events, community functions, and industry meet-ups.
  • Build relationships with local Real Estate schools, and professional organizations to grow the inbound lead flow.

Relationship Building

  • Be the warm, social connector who creates instant rapport.
  • Build authentic relationships with top agents in the community.
  • Engage with candidates via text, social DM, video messages, and in-person connections.
  • Support new agents through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

Agent Development & Support

  • Connect agents to training, coaching, productivity programs, and leadership support.
  • Encourage attendance at classes, masterminds, and Market Center events.
  • Help identify agents who may benefit from additional coaching or accountability.

Leadership & Culture

  • Be a culture ambassador by being positive, social, approachable, and service-minded.
  • Support Market Center events, career nights, and training sessions.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning.
