Located in New London, WI
Salary: $21.00-$25.00/HR
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay: $21.00-$25.00/HR
Duties:
- Provide compassionate care and therapeutic support to youth within residential programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with daily residential operations, including medication administration and routine procedures
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
- Support a safe and structured environment through appropriate behavioral interventions
- Model positive behavior, communication, and problem‑solving skills for youth
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must meet one of the following:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with a focus on child and youth care work
- Degree in a social or behavioral science field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including providing therapeutic physical restraints when necessary
- Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations
- Commitment to supporting youth through trauma‑informed and strengths‑based approaches
