Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time and part-time opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) is available for the 2025-26 school year within a K-12 public school setting in the Fountain, CO area. This contract position offers a combination of elementary school caseload and part-time in-home services, providing a diverse work environment across multiple schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district requirements.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with various needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as required.
- Manage caseloads according to district policies, ensuring all students receive appropriate services.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP license and teaching certification as required by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or willingness to work within both healthcare and pediatric settings.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate with school staff and families in an itinerant service model.
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) and provide part-time in-home services.
