Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $38–$40/hour
Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Carry out therapy plans established by the supervising PT</li>
<li>Assist residents with gait training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and balance work</li>
<li>Monitor resident response during sessions</li>
<li>Communicate progress updates to the PT</li>
<li>Complete accurate documentation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Active PTA license required</li>
<li>Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>
</ul>
