- Location: Dyer, Indiana (46311) — convenient to the greater Chicago area\n
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190 (competitive travel nuclear medicine pay)\n
- Setting: Nuclear Medicine Department — ED, inpatient, outpatient\n
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8-hour days)\n
- Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)\n
- On-Call: None\n
- Equipment: Siemens imaging systems\n
- EMR: EPIC\n
- Dress Code: Grey scrubs\n
\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist — experience with ED, inpatient, and outpatient populations preferred\n
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)\n
- Certification as CNMT or ARRT(N)\n
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR and clinical documentation\n
- Experience performing a full range of Nuclear Medicine procedures\n
- Ability to start IVs and provide safe patient care during diagnostic procedures\n
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Perform comprehensive Nuclear Medicine procedures for ED, inpatient, and outpatient patients following departmental protocols\n
- Operate Siemens imaging equipment and ensure accurate image acquisition and quality control\n
- Document procedures and patient information in EPIC EMR in a timely, accurate manner\n
- Start IVs, prepare radiopharmaceuticals as required by policy, and monitor patient safety throughout procedures\n
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio when required to provide focused, high-quality care\n
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to support patient flow and diagnostic goals\n
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and departmental protocols at all times\n
