Indotronix is seeking an :Assembler 2, Plymouth Minnesota

Shift: First, 6am-3:30pm
Work Schedule: 9x80 A
Security Clearance Required? No
H.S. Diploma/GED

Key Responsibilities

Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies including modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables
Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies
Perform quality inspections in accordance with specifications
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies and subassemblies
Support testing of experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions
Follow work instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members and communicate production or quality issues

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
IPC J-STD-001 Certification
1–3 years of experience in hand soldering or electronic assembly
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing experience
5+ years of hands-on soldering experience including inspection and rework
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Experience with MES software
Microsoft 365 proficiency
