We are seeking a full-time Cabinet Builder to join our shop team. You’ll work hands-on building and assembling high-quality custom cabinets. This is a role where craftsmanship matters, and no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret detailed cabinet plans and shop drawings
- Measure, cut and assemble custom cabinetry with precision (tasks may include putting frames together, cutting and processing parts, gluing up parts, sanding, edge banding, building drawer boxes, building doors and drawer fronts)
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or related trade preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately, follow parts lists, and use basic power tools safely and confidently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
- Reliable, team-oriented, punctual
