Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate material flow across procurement, production, and logistics to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Lead material planning and forecasting activities based on production demands and sales forecasts.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials.
• Oversee warehouse operations, material handling, and storage for efficiency and safety.
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to improve material planning, scheduling, and tracking processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for material flow, inventory accuracy, and cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization for supply chain insights.
