Job Type: W2 Contract – 6 months, potential to extend
Location: Bass Creek, MN
Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Wednesday, Remote rest of the week
Pay Rate: $ 25 – 28 / hour
Position Overview:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist supports daily order management and customer service operations for Parts, Garments, and Accessories E-Commerce. This role ensures smooth order fulfillment, resolves issues quickly, and helps deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with the Fulfillment Experience team, transportation, dealers, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track e-commerce orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving issues as they arise.
- Use reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) to analyze order data and identify trends or problems.
- Partner with operations and development teams to resolve technical and order flow issues.
- Communicate with dealers and partners to ensure efficient processing of orders.
- Assist customer service with escalated issues, returns, and inquiries, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Create and maintain reports, KPIs, and documentation to support operations and customer service teams.
- Provide training and resources to customer service when new processes or updates are introduced.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, operations, order management, analytics, or customer service preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with data tools preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and the customer experience.
