Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager (PMP required) to serve as the primary leadership interface for critical HTM initiatives across the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will oversee deliverables across HTM program support, patient safety, medical device cybersecurity, and telehealth technology domains while coordinating multiple workstreams supporting VHA's 2,000-person HTM workforce across 170+ medical centers. You will manage contract personnel, develop monthly progress reports, coordinate travel and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with VA stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project kick-off and develop comprehensive Monthly Progress Reports detailing achievements, risks, staffing, and financial analysis
- Oversee all contract deliverables across HTM Program Office Support, Field Support, Patient Safety, Cybersecurity, and Telehealth domains
- Manage contract personnel, performance evaluation, professional development, and VA security/training compliance
- Coordinate travel logistics and Other Direct Costs within approved budgets and Federal Travel Regulations
- Monitor contract performance, identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate communication between contractor team and VA stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (Tier 1/NACI). U.S. Citizenship required
- 5+ years of experience planning, managing, and controlling complex projects with multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated competency in project lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration at all organizational levels, and financial management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a medical center HTM/Biomedical Engineering department, OR experience working in or with the VHA, OR understanding of VISN, VA medical center, and HTM/BE operations
- VA contract management experience, knowledge of FAR and VA contracting processes, or multi-disciplinary healthcare team management
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
