Role Summary As the Marketing Associate, Field Marketing, you’ll be the connective tissue between our pharmacies, local sales teams, and the corporate marketing team, bringing national campaigns to life at the local level. You’ll support pharmacy leaders, help drive provider and patient engagement, and execute on-the-ground marketing initiatives that fuel growth across our network. This is a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves role for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Partner Closely with Pharmacies + Field Teams
- Act as the day-to-day marketing liaison for pharmacy GMs and PICs - helping tailor campaigns and materials to meet local market needs
- Build strong relationships across pharmacy leadership and sales teams to uncover new opportunities
- Attend weekly marketing huddles and contribute to team-wide planning and execution
Drive Local Engagement + Support Strategic Growth
- Support pharmacy-level initiatives including email campaigns, print collateral, patient/provider education, and social media execution
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to build quarterly marketing plans tied to network priorities and sales goals
- Assist in campaign reporting and performance tracking, ensuring efforts are aligned to business outcomes
- Coordinate with design partners (in-house and external) to develop marketing materials that are compliant, compelling, and on-brand
Lead Patient & Provider Marketing Execution
- Stay informed on key therapeutic areas, compounding trends, and best practices, leveraging pharmacy resources, references, and training
- Support initiatives to educate and retain patients through tailored campaigns, handouts, website content, and webinar support
- Contribute to the creation of clinical briefs, provider-facing flyers, and other field sales tools
- Partner with the VP of Operations and executive teams to refine competitive positioning and patient communication
Be a Brand Steward + Creative Contributor
- Uphold and help enforce brand consistency across all local and network-level materials
- Bring new ideas to the table: whether it's a better way to engage providers or a creative campaign that resonates with patients
- Liaise with web developers to ensure pharmacy websites reflect current offerings and updates
- Contribute to monthly email campaigns, pharmacy announcements, and network-wide marketing efforts
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role; field marketing or healthcare experience a plus
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare marketing strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfort working cross-functionally with both corporate and local stakeholders
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity of regulatory compliance in pharmacy marketing is a strong bonus (e.g., FDA, HIPAA)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot is a strong bonus.

- Contribute to strategic plan and execution of company marketing
