Brady Wright with Robert Half Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Marysville, WA that is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong attention to detail. This position will support key customer accounts, coordinate quotes and orders, assist with invoicing and freight coordination, and help oversee a small team. The company is looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different personalities and departments.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
• Process customer purchase orders and sales invoices
• Coordinate outbound freight shipments
• Assist with customer collections when needed
• Review and proofread quotes and invoices for accuracy
• Support and help oversee junior team members
• Work cross-functionally with operations and internal teams
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in account coordination, customer support, administrative support, or sales support preferred
• Comfortable working in Excel and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
