Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling and perform other lead generation activities to meet or exceed sales targets. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse insurance products and services, and effectively communicate these to potential and existing clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand their policies and are satisfied with their coverage.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding policy options, coverage terms, and making informed decisions. Aid in the processing of policy renewals and changes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose optimal insurance solutions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified period.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
