Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain electronic test fixtures and demo boxes.

Own and manage Golden Samples, Demo Boxes, and Fixtures.

Create and read schematics and wiring diagrams.

Assemble, solder, wire, and prototype electronic circuits.

Troubleshoot issues at the component and system level.

Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters for diagnostics.

Maintain proper documentation, BOMs, and revision control.

Organize and track fixture inventory, status, and availability.

Support production and engineering teams with fixture readiness and improvements.
Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2-5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, testing, or manufacturing.

Proven experience building test fixtures and demo boxes (required).

Experience managing and organizing fixture processes and documentation.

Strong component-level troubleshooting skills.

Mechanical aptitude and experience using small tools and assembling enclosures.

Experience with microcontrollers or basic programming is a plus.
