Summary:
Coordinates activities of personnel on assigned shifts to ensure continuity of care, patient flow, and throughput accountability. Manages staffing based on acuity and census, evaluates nursing standards, and implements unit policies.
Requirements
- Education: Completed nursing curriculum approved by a state board of nursing OR eligible for diploma/degree.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or multi-state.
- Experience:

- 1–2 years nursing experience.
- Ortho and Neuro experience required.
- Circulating experience in OR cases for Ortho and Neuro required.
- Skills:
-
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under stress.
- Effective communication with staff, patients, and departments.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, safety, infection control, and crisis intervention.
- Basic PC skills; Epic experience preferred.
Preferred Requirements:
- CNOR certification.
- Stable work history.
- Leadership ability to guide/direct staff without formal supervision.
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Sign-On Bonus: Possible, especially for candidates relocating from outside a 71-mile radius of the worksite.
