Our client, a commercial construction company, is hiring a Senior Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead ground-up projects in the Nashville area.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, labor, materials, and equipment coordination

Direct and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crew to ensure quality and productivity

Enforce jobsite safety and maintain strict compliance with healthcare-specific standards

Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to plan phases of work

Maintain communication with project managers, owners, architects, and facility teams
-
Organize all site setup activities, including deliveries and permits.

Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and QA/QC checks to ensure compliance

Work closely with engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to proactively resolve field issues

Track project costs, resource utilization, and project progress and adjust field operations to maintain schedule and budget.

Lead and mentor site crews; address workforce concerns and resolve jobsite conflicts as needed
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent

Experience with ground-up healthcare projects is required
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Strong understanding of safety regulations, construction methods, and quality standards, including those specific to healthcare

Excellent communication, planning, and field leadership skills
-
Proficient in construction scheduling and project management tools
Our Client Offers:

Base salary in the 110k-150k range

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
