Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for the assigned patients on the unit.
• Collaborate with Licensed Practical Nurses, Patient Care Technicians, and Nurse Interns to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to established nursing protocols.
• Participate in staffing according to a variable grid plan to meet patient care needs.
• Successfully complete rhythm tests as part of certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with demonstrated clinical competency.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience working with adult and geriatric medical/surgical populations preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Ability to manage nurse-to-patient ratios of approximately 1:6.
