We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will help set the tone for service excellence, support daily team coordination, and ensure smooth, welcoming, and efficient operations throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house team members during daily operations to ensure high-quality guest service.
  • Greet guests warmly, manage seating flow, and help create a positive first impression.
  • Oversee opening, closing, and shift-transition procedures as needed.
  • Support team scheduling, task delegation, and on-the-floor coaching to maintain service standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-of-house area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support efficient service and communication.
  • Help train new team members on service procedures, guest interaction, and company expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, food handling, and operational policies.
  • Assist with inventory, supplies, and other operational needs related to guest service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or shift coordination experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic operational tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a professional demeanor.
