As a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
