Start your morning tracing an electrical fault on a production motor, move on to adjusting valves in a shop engine, then finish the day swapping out worn components on a Travelift. This role keeps our plant moving by caring for the machines, vehicles, and building systems that power daily operations.
Core impact
- Diagnose issues across machinery and mechanical equipment to pinpoint root causes.
- Disassemble equipment for inspection or repair and reassemble to safe operating condition.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and place orders for needed components.
- Calibrate and fine-tune systems to restore proper performance.
- Maintain facility structures and equipment: electrical switches, fixtures, and motors; complete touch-up painting; repair plumbing fixtures as needed.
- Repair and overhaul internal combustion engines, including piston rings, bearings, valves, and carburetors.
- Service drivetrains and electrical systems, including transmission overhauls plus fuel injection, lighting, and ignition repairs.
- Support additional tasks and priorities as assigned by the Supervisor.
What you work on
A broad mix of plant assets, including automobiles, tractors, cranes, trailers, production machinery, Travelift, loaders, pickup trucks, and lift trucks. You will also help maintain building systems across mechanical, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and sanitary domains.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated strength in equipment troubleshooting.
- Proven capability in electrical troubleshooting.
