⚡WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in helping execute campaigns, manage influencer programs, coordinate with venues, and keep our marketing machine running smoothly. This role supports the Brand Marketing Manager and works closely with the creative and content teams.
You’ll be the one ensuring the right assets get to the right people, the right influencers are showing up at the right time, and our marketing moments go off without a hitch. You’ll also assist in content shoots, monitor reviews, and make sure our teams on the ground feel supported with everything they need to deliver a great guest experience.

⚡WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This role will focus on five (5) key areas:
Campaign & Venue Support
- Build internal toolkits and marketing one-pagers for upcoming campaigns.
- Create and maintain internal timelines and calendars.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to venues (e.g., signage, table tents, menus, decals).
- Support with campaign presentations, recaps, and team updates.
Influencer & Local Marketing Support
- Assist in the coordination of influencer partnerships: scheduling visits, communicating deliverables, and tracking content.
- Organize and maintain influencer lists and outreach trackers.
- Collaborate with the content coordinator on influencer content collection and usage rights.
- Support local marketing initiatives (e.g., B2B drops, neighborhood partnerships, seasonal activations).
Photoshoot & Content Production Assistance
- Assist on-site during social and lifestyle content shoots to support logistics, styling, and coordination.
- Manage shot lists and ensure content needs are captured per campaign objectives in collaboration with the Content & Marketing Coordinator.
Marketing Operations & Admin
- Traffic design and asset requests between venues and the creative team.
- Track delivery timelines and ensure venues have the tools they need for campaign execution.
- Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and marketing team workflows.

⚡QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or events; hospitality or entertainment experience a plus.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
