This opportunity is for an Outpatient Pharmacist position located in Paraje, New Mexico, serving a tribal outpatient facility. The role offers a 13-week contract assignment with an immediate start date and provides a dynamic environment to utilize your pharmacy skills in direct patient care and medication management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough patient counseling to ensure understanding and compliance with medication regimens
• Conduct final medication reviews and quality checks prior to dispensing
• Supervise and oversee pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Accurately dispense medications following safety protocols
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in New Mexico is required
• PharmD degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Immunization certification preferred but not mandatory
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be supported in their development

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 6:30 PM (four 10-hour shifts)
• Some Saturdays, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM required
