Job DescriptionProduction Assembly - Electronics

Role Overview
This position supports hands-on assembly and integration of electronic components and cable-based subassemblies used in regulated equipment. The role focuses on precision bench work, component installation, and manual assembly of low?volume, high?reliability products.

Primary Duties

  • Manually install leaded electronic components into circuit substrates
  • Perform precision soldering using established workmanship standards
  • Build and connect wired subassemblies, including power-related units
  • Interpret visual aids, diagrams, and written assembly instructions to complete builds
  • Conduct visual and functional checks to ensure assemblies meet quality expectations
  • Assist with additional assembly processes as skills and training allow
  • Keep tools, parts, and workstations organized and compliant with workplace standards

Required Background

  • Prior experience assembling electronic or electro-mechanical products
  • Hands-on soldering experience with small components
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documentation
  • Strong dexterity and comfort working with fine?pitch parts
  • Quality-focused mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Formal training or certification in electronics workmanship standards
  • Exposure to surface mount or mixed-technology assembly
  • Experience assembling wired units, converters, or power-based electronics

Work Setting

  • Production or lab-style manufacturing environment
  • Seated bench work handling electronic assemblies and hand tools

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
