We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, which prioritizes the needs of our residents, you will:
- Evaluate the functional capabilities of residents.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing safety, independence, and overall quality of life for seniors in various living arrangements, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care in electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Educate families and caregivers on best practices and treatment approaches.
- Foster a culture of compassion, community, and personal development within our nurturing senior living environment.
