Job DescriptionAuto Estimator / Appraiser – Join Our Raynham Collision Team!
Full-Time | $20–$30/hour + Bonuses | Training Provided for the Right Candidate
Are you a motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a high-energy individual to join our Raynham & Whitman collision teams as an Auto Estimator/Appraiser. Whether you’re a licensed MA Appraiser or someone who’s ready to learn—we’ll train the right person with the drive and determination to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who can thrive under pressure in a fast-moving shop
- Ability to work with diverse clientele — including retail customers, insurance companies, dealership partners, and fleet accounts
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking skills
- Great communication and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Write accurate estimates using CCC One
- Prepare detailed supplements and upload documentation
- Communicate with appraisers, adjusters, parts personnel, and technicians to keep repairs moving
- Manage multiple repair files and customer interactions efficiently
- Ensure excellent service for all types of customers — retail, insurance, dealer, and fleet
Preferred Qualifications:
- MA Auto Appraiser License (preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate)
- Experience in auto estimating or customer service
- Familiarity with CCC One software (a plus)
- Bilingual (Portuguese a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:
- Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
- Some Saturdays 8a-12p
- In-person position
