We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader / Manager to help us build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on AT&T Internet Fiber, Mobility Services, and ADT Security Systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience to step into a leadership role and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives

• Drive sales of AT&T Fiber, Mobility, and ADT Security services

• Lead by example – actively engage in sales to set the standard

• Develop sales strategies, set goals, and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets

• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize their success

• Report performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to expand operations

✅ Requirements

• Mandatory experience in AT&T services (Fiber/Mobility) or ADT Security sales

• Prior leadership/management experience building or leading a sales team

• Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to scale a sales organization

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
