• Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks and updating account details.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries through email and phone correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
• Support the team by handling inbound and outbound calls as needed.
• Process customer orders and perform order entry tasks efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or banking environment.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
