Job Title: Medical Scribe
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90025
Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Start Date: August 25, 2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rates: $24/hr
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Accompany physicians during patient encounters</li>
<li>Accurately transcribe:</li>
<li>Patient history and physical exam findings</li>
<li>Procedures and treatments performed</li>
<li>Lab and radiology results</li>
<li>Patient education and explanations of procedures</li>
<li>Orders for medications, referrals, and tests</li>
<li>Diagnoses, symptoms, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions</li>
<li>Edit and prepare the medical documentation for physician review and signature</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 months experience as a Medical Scribe</li>
<li>Strong computer proficiency</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, diagnostic procedures, and pharmacology</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>College education in a related healthcare field</li>
<li>Experience with CS Link/Epic (EHR)</li>
</ul>
