Your Mission

Run production safely and accurately. Blend materials, operate extruders, document everything clearly, and troubleshoot issues to keep the line on target. You’ll use basic computer skills for ongoing training and communicate clearly with peers and leaders to maintain quality and throughput.

How We Work

• Seven (7) workdays every two weeks: Week 1 (Sun, We, Th) and Week 2 (Mo, Tu, Fr, Sa)
• 12-hour shifts: Day 6:45am–7:00pm; Night 6:45pm–7:00am
• Built-in overtime on Sundays and for hours over 40 per week
• Optional, voluntary overtime available

What It Takes to Succeed

• Follow written and verbal directions without missing details
• Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities accurately
• Complete production paperwork legibly and thoroughly
• Keep your area organized and uphold safety for yourself and others
• Comfort with computer-based learning

Where You’ll Stand Out

• Experience in blending operations
• Hands-on extruder operation
• Mechanical know-how and troubleshooting
• Leadership skills on the floor
• Forklift operation with a safety-first mindset

Physical Realities of the Job

• Lift up to 55 lbs
• Remain on your feet for extended periods
• Routinely climb, bend, and stretch
